Join us for Restorative Yoga in the Gardens on select Monday nights. All levels are welcome! Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
The class is limited to 10 participants and registration is required.
Friends of the Gardens Members can enjoy these classes for $10.00 per class and Non-Friends Members are $15.00 per class.

Yoga for the Healthy Aging in the Gardens!
Join us for Yoga for the Healthy Aging in the Gardens every Tuesday night. During these classes, Barbara will lead you through stretches and poses to improve balance and loosen stiff, aching muscles. Held on the promenade at sunset.
Everyone is welcome and registration is required. Friends of the Gardens Members can join this class for $10.00 and Non-Friends Members are $15.00
